House Rules
To ensure a seamless and elevated experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following:

Please note that this is a private residence within Roney Palace, which is connected to 1 Hotel South Beach. While guests enjoy access to select shared amenities, certain hotel facilities are reserved exclusively for hotel guests

Please treat the home with care and consideration, as you would your own. This is a privately owned residence curated for comfort and quality.

Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of guests confirmed at booking. No unregistered guests are permitted without prior approval.

This is a residential building. Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Parties, events, and excessive noise are not permitted.

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the residence and on the balcony.

Pets are not permitted unless previously approved.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the three ground-level pools, which include towels and poolside service.
The rooftop pool at 1 Hotel South Beach is not accessible to Roney Palace guests.
Guests are welcome to dine at the rooftop Japanese restaurant, Watr at 1 Rooftop, after 6:00 PM.
Access to Anatomy Fitness is available for an additional fee of $50/day, $99 for 3 days, or $200/month, and includes access to the state-of-the-art fitness center and daily classes.
Please follow all building and amenity guidelines during your stay.

You will receive your guest cards at the front desk upon arrival. Please keep them with you at all times and return them at departure.

Packages and deliveries should be coordinated in advance. The building is not responsible for holding or storing items on behalf of guests.

Please dispose of trash in the designated trash room located past the elevators to the left. Recycling is available in the same area.

Please turn off lights and adjust the air conditioning when leaving the residence. Do not leave doors or windows open while the A/C is running.

Always lock the residence when leaving. From time to time, building management may require access for maintenance or service; we will provide notice when possible.

Early or late requests may be accommodated based on availability.

Kindly avoid moving furniture or using indoor items outdoors. Any damage or excessive wear may result in additional charges.
